RIP Donald Byrd

All good things come to an end and boy was his work good. One of the key artists responsible for keeping jazz alive and progressive but never forgetting his roots. I sense a tribute show coming up. Thanks Donald For Funking Up My Life. Rest In Peace

    Another jazz legend passes on, Donald Byrd left us more music than most and like all great artists his art was ever changing, progressing always giving us something new to listen to and consider. Thank you Donald for your lifes work in music. RIP.
